Products DIN Rail Mounted Terminals (Polyamide 6.6\FRPP-"C" Series) Feed through terminals This series of Terminal Blocks offer all the features of Standard Melamine Terminals in FRPP* Insulation Housing which makes it an economical solution. The Terminals are TS 32 Rail Mounted and are available for terminating 0.5 sq.mm to 10 sq.mm conductor. All the dimensional specifications and accessories for these range of Terminals remain same as Feed Through Melamine Terminals. Stud, Disconnect Terminals Applications in C & I require fuse protection facility. elmex offers Terminal Blocks with built-in safety fuse levers. The Terminal Block has a moving type hinged lever which accommodates glass cartridge fuse of 5mm x 20mm OR 5mm x 25mm size that easily snaps on the terminal body. The special grade of Phosphor Bronze contacts offer low contact resistance. A solid brass link type DL4 in place of the fuse, makes it possible to use it as Disconnecting type Terminal Block. An LED with
built in signal conditioning circuit provides illuminated indication of
the circuit fuse failure. Standard operating voltages can be selected from
range of 24 VDC, 48 VDC , 110 VDC, 110 VAC & 240 VAC. DIN Rail Mounted Terminals (Polyamide 6.6 - Micro Terminal [TS15])
The
Terminal Blocks are small in size and lighter in weight yet functionally
same as Standard Terminal Blocks. They are specially developed for
installation where space is extremely limited and yet the same cable
density as in normal situation is required. They can be mounted on TS 15
Rail, which is also smaller, lighter and more economical than TS 32 and TS
35 Rails. Recommended for use in industries like Automation, Elevators
etc. DIN Rail Mounted Terminals : Component Housing variety of Component Housing for mounting Diode/s, LED, Resistor, Zener, Varistor (MOV), using insulation housings of Double Deck Terminal types KUDD 4, KU2D and CUDD 4.
Component Housing act as Simple Interface Circuits duly monted in the
terminal block itself, saving assembly time, cost of wire and labour in
the control cubicle. This avoids inter-connection between simple terminals
and the components mounted on a separate PCB in the panels, thus offering
flexibility.
